- Preparing upcoming sustainability statements: the AMF draws listed companies’ attention to ESMA’s 2026 recommendations
Issuers preparing sustainability statements for financial year 2027 should be prepared to use the revised ESRS and generally omit non-material information except where expressly required.
October 2028 1
- The Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) has published a new instruction covering liquidity management procedures at OPCIs and evergreen FCPRs
End of the two-year transition period for OPCIs and evergreen FCPRs established before 2026-10-13. Management companies should have notified the AMF of compliance through ROSA and filed the prospectus or rules and required stress tests by this date.

- Crypto-asset markets: Agreement reached on the European Crypto-Assets regulation (MiCA)
Digital Asset Service Providers (DASPs) who were engaged in the provision of crypto-asset services before the date of entry into force of the European MiCA Regulation have until 1 July 2026 to obtain an authorisation as PSCA under MiCA.

From 1 July 2026, they will have to obtain MiCA authorisation in order to continue offering their services, including to investors in France.
- Crypto-assets: the AMF clarifies its policy on DASPs authorised under the PACTE Law to take account of the transitional period and facilitate the transition to MiCA
In France, market participants who can demonstrate that they provided crypto-asset services in accordance with national law prior to this date may continue to do so for a maximum period of 18 months, i.e. until 1 July 2026.
- The AMF reminds Digital Asset Service Providers that the transitional period allowing them to continue providing crypto-asset services in France without MiCA authorisation ends on 1 July 2026
With effect from that date, only Crypto-Asset Service Providers (CASPs) authorised in accordance with MiCA can provide crypto-asset services in France.

By 1 July 2026, any service provider not authorised to provide services under the European MiCA Regulation must have implemented its wind-down plan.
