What does each issue contain?

A one-minute overview of the month by region; the most important regulatory updates for North America, the UK and Europe, and Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa, each with what changed and who it affects; consultation closes and compliance dates in the next 60 days; and a link to the full web edition.

Which regulators and jurisdictions does it cover?

It draws on updates from 33 financial regulators across 20 jurisdictions, including the FCA, PRA, SEC, CFTC, Federal Reserve, OCC, ESMA, ECB, BaFin, FINMA, MAS, SFC, ASIC and the DFSA, as well as global standard-setters such as the FSB and the Basel Committee.

Who is it for?

Compliance, risk and legal professionals in financial services, including banks, asset and wealth managers, broker-dealers, insurers, payment firms, fintechs and crypto firms, and especially teams that cover several jurisdictions.

How is it different from regulator email alerts or law-firm bulletins?

It brings many regulators together in one monthly email, grouped by region, instead of a separate alert from each. Every summary is written in plain English and links to the regulator's original publication and to our fuller analysis.

Is it legal advice?

No. The newsletter is information to help you keep track of regulatory change, not legal advice.
