Dual supervision of USDC begins: the EBA assumes direct responsibility for own funds, reserve of assets, liquidity requirements, and recovery and redemption plans, while the ACPR retains specified governance and organisational responsibilities.
December 2026 1
- The EBA releases the final technical package for release 4.4 of its reporting and Pillar 3 disclosure framework
The EBA Reporting Framework 4.4 page states the expected first reference date for the relevant Pillar 3 disclosure amendments is 12/2026; the draft package specifies the first reference date as 31/12/2026.
December 2027 1
- The EBA outlines next steps on supervisory reporting simplification and extends implementation timelines following consultation feedback on the ITS
