First phased requirements apply to investment firms and their clients for allocations and confirmations, including electronic, standardised, international-standard and machine-readable communications except during temporary technical disruptions.
January 2027 3
- Publication of the Law of 5 May 2026 transposing Directive (EU) 2024/1619 (CRD VI) and Directive (EU) 2024/2994
A transitional period is provided for the provisions relating to third-country branches and the third-country regime for the provision of banking services, which will apply from 11 January 2027.
- Final Guidance on Money Market Fund (MMF) Weekly Liquid Asset Levels
Expected end of the CSSF's three-month implementation period, calculated from publication on 30 October 2026.
